October 14, 2025, will stay with me forever. At the India International Centre, New Delhi, during the International Day of Rural Women celebration, I had the incredible honor of receiving the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Award 2025 in the Publication Category, presented by the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Sports Foundation.

Being recognized for my books Mindscape Unveiled and The Blood of Baisakhi filled me with gratitude and excitement. Both works carry pieces of my heart one exploring the depths of thought and creativity, the other honoring cultural heritage and human connection.

The atmosphere at the event was vibrant and full of purpose. Meeting inspiring personalities such as the Green Man of India, the Nest Man of India, and Dr. Anjumand Zaidi added unforgettable color to the experience. Their dedication to environmental and social causes reminded me why stories matter—because they move people to act and to care.

I’m deeply thankful to the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Sports Foundation and the entire organizing committee for this national recognition. Their tireless effort to celebrate voices that shape awareness and progress means a great deal to writers like me.

The event’s energy was infectious, filled with applause, laughter, and genuine camaraderie. Walking off that stage, award in hand, I felt not just honored but renewed, ready to write, share, and keep adding to the collective story of positive change.
